1. If you had to pick one track which solidified your love for electronic music early on what would it be?

Marcelo: Actually I have two tracks that marked my course in electronic music, The first is Avilo – Rubicon and the second is Oliver Koletzki – Music from the Heart (Alex Dolby Remix) , Both of which I heard for the first time from Hernan Cattaneo.

2. What was your first and last DJ gig?

Marcelo: My first gig as a DJ was Necochea City, and the last was a warm up for Marc Poppcke and Ioan Gamboa.

3. What was the first and last record you purchased?

Marcelo: I bought almost all discs Hernan Cattaneo launched.

4. What would you say is the highlight of your career thus far?

Marcelo: The highlight of my career as a Dj and producer is the great support of great artists and the possibility to play with great djs.

5. Tell us something about yourself that might surprise people?

Marcelo: It may be that I like heavy metal since I was a boy 🙂 listen and still keep doing today.

6. Who are some of the best undiscovered talents in your eyes?

Marcelo: There is a lot of talent today.

7. Which producers consistently inspire you?

Marcelo: Guy J and Guy Gerber, they are my main source of inspiration.

8. What artist or track would you love to remix? and who would you love to be remixed by?

Marcelo: Very recently finished a remix I did for one of my favorite tracks Avilo-Rubicon.

9. Record labels are a dime a dozen these days, which ones if any standout for you?

Marcelo: The most prestigious labels today for me are Sudbeat, microCastle, Sound Avenue.

10. What would you say is the best mix compilation of all time?

Marcelo: Hernan Cattaneo – The Master Series
