Anfisa Letyago Talks Us Through Her Top Tracks of The Last Four Decades

Anfisa Letyago’s new EP “I’D RATHER B” is out now on Rekids

Anfisa Letyago is a rising start of Europ’s techno scene. Based in Italy she regularly plays many of the countries top events and has wracked up releases on labels like Intec, Second State and Rekids.

80’s: Cybotron – Clear

Cybotron’s “Clear” is a classic, an evergreen, it’s about Detroit, I guess Juan was trying to Give a message in some ways, those days Detroit atmosphere was kind of ‘flat’ and his music, this track, in particular, was inspiring and giving energy

90’s: The Prodigy – Smack My Bitch Up

Keith was a legend, prodigy’s music was passing the test to make breakbeat ‘accessible’ to the big audience, they immediately cross over getting to the taste of people, another everlasting song

2000: DJ Rolando – Jaguar

One of the most remixed tracks ever, Derrick May’s one of my favs, when you drop this in the venue people get hypnotized and wall may fall down for the great energy it delivers within. Absolutely love it!

2010: Laurent Garnier – The Man With Red Face

I play this track many times still, this track suits home and clubs, I love it, the jazz elements make this track big and absolutely cutting edge

Anfisa Letyago has forthcoming releases on Hotflush plus Drumcode, and you can find her tracks on Beatport from HERE
