Next up on the mighty Filth on Acid is a potent coming together of Angerfist x CARV with new single “Shot To The Brain”.
Widely regarded as the king of hardcore, Angerfist is a Dutch producer and DJ known for his high-octane sets, masked persona and blend of gabber, hardcore and industrial sounds which have led to a massive global following and countless anthems. Fellow mask wearer and German pioneer CARV is a fast-rising name in the hard techno world with razor-sharp production and a fresh, uncompromising sound that brings a modern edge to the scene .
“Shot To The Brain” is a masterfully abrasive hard techno sound with overdrive drums, sustained trance pads and smart samples from vocals to shotguns that all make for a nightmarish attitude. The bassline is a distorted monster, the drops are supersized and the leads synth as bright as exploding stars.
