Animal Trainer drops an uplifting melodic remix of Marc DePulse on Sincopat.

Animal Trainer is a Swiss duo famous for their many contributions to high flying labels such as Katermukke, Stil Vor Talent, Einmusika and Poker Flat.

This is Marc DePulse’s second release on Sincopat, having last time featured a collaboration with Several Definitions. This is his first solo outing with original material for the label, and Animal Trainer has remixed the title track “Think Twice”.

Taking the distant melodies of the original, their upfront remix brings the track into focus with pitched tom drums and other bursts of percussion adding to the explosive drama.

Stabbing melodies, pulsating rhythms and other synth textures, all combine to create an epic journey that reaches a crescendo in the swelling tension of the breakdown before the percussion carries us home.
