Defected NYE at Printworks

Established in London in 1999, next year marks 20 years of London-based Defected, one of the longest running and most influential imprints in house music. With this in mind, Printworks London are proud to present Defected’s first event to mark the label’s 20th year in music. Defected NYE will celebrate everything there is to love about house music – inclusivity, togetherness and escapism on the dancefloor, on the biggest raving night in the calendar.

EGG LDN NYE

2018 has been a significant year for both EGG and their loyal followers, who ultimately, are the legacy of the club. To celebrate their 15th anniversary as a UK club and as a running dance music institution, they are welcoming a star-studded lineup for their NYE celebrations. Italian techno stalwarts, Luigi Madonna, will return while a newcomer to the club, Regal will play his first set which will undoubtedly complement the relentless tones of Luigi and special guest, Charlotte de Witte.

It wouldn’t be NYE at Egg LDN without Tobi Neumann on the bill and after multiple releases on their in-house WCF imprint, Tobi returns with his engaging sound spanning multiple genres. Manu Gonzalez also returns after one of the busiest periods in his rising career and of course, releases on the WCF label also. EGG residents – Kyle E and Luther Vine will be on hand to deliver their own captivating sets with a wide range of beats covering house to dubby techno.

NYE at Ministry Of Sound

New Year’s Eve at Ministry of Sound is set to be another huge year – that has confirmed the club’s status as a staple club in the UK music industry. The party rolls out over all three spaces of the legendary club with the likes of Hannah Wants, Todd Terry, Marquis Hawkes, Will Saul, Klose One and others taking to the decks.

Although it’s been a largely successful year – NYE is a time to see out the old and bring in the new year, with The Box hosted by bass house sensation Hannah Wants and UK star Paul Woolford, who can do all shades of house and techno, as well as US garage king Todd Edwards, Ben Sterling, AD:mE and a live show from Try Ortega. 103 will welcome Houndstooth’s virtuoso house producer and party-starting DJ Marquis Hawkes plus versatile Aus Music boss Will Saul, The Reflex and James From Accounts. Elsewhere Klose One & Friends, BodyJack, HARRiMANN, So Fresh So Clean, Harry Love, LRO, Teddy Lewis and more – securing this as a must-visit night.

Night Vision Edinburgh NYE

Nightvision has ramped up its operations and has began to build strong foundations this year, genre-defying programmes that have taken in the country’s biggest ever Halloween event, the monster techno festival Terminal V and an open-air music festival, to the next level. A real focus on sound quality and immersive lighting has made this a strong-hold in the UK dance scene.

The Scottish contingent invites welcomes heavyweights like Jeff Mills, Pan Pot, Purple Disco Machine, Mr Scruff, George Fitzgerald and Fort Romeau all playing across various venues and four different parties.

New Years Eve at Canal Mills

Made in Italy & Watergate present NYE

Esteemed underground crew Made in Italy Music are linking with legendary Berlin club Watergate for a sensational New Year’s Eve party at the brilliant Cinecittà World amusement park in Rome with Octave One, Ali from Tiefschwarz, Italoboyz, Tribalism Boys, Marco Effe, Supernova, Emanuele Inglese and more all bringing a world class soundtrack.

The special showcase is set to be an audio visual spectacular with all sorts of production and a real focus on killer sound. Thousands of people are expected to attend this immersive showcase from all over Europe, while the whole thing will be broadcast live on All About Ibiza TV.

Reaktor at E1

Amsterdam’s Reaktor Events are bringing their world famous heavy techno sound to London for a very special one-off event on Saturday, December 29th. It takes place at E1, one of the UK’s most essential warehouse spaces, with two rooms of proper techno featuring key names like O/V/R Live (aka James Ruskin & Regis), plus exciting UK debut shows from Neon Chambers LIVE (aka Sigha & Kangding Ray) and The Lotus Eaters LIVE (aka Lucy & Rrose), as well as Oscar Mulero, Freddy K, Killawatt, Shifted, Abstract Division and Antonio De Angelis.

Uno Music Festival

UNO Music is a brand new, New Year’s Day music, art and food festival that marks the most essential way to start 2019. It takes place at Feria de Zaragoza, Spain on January 1st 2019 with a fantastic line-up featuring a host of techno heavyweights such as 2ManyDJs, Shlomi Aber, Deborah De Luca, Dubfire and more.

To keep you fuelled throughout the party, which runs from 10am to very late, there will be a special food court offering a range of tasty food and fruit, as well as a special chill out area in which to take a break. EPIZODE FESTIVAL
