After a jubilant string of 2025 releases across Europe including โNever Everโ and โBack With Itโ, Belgium based Drum and Bass renegage Captain Bass returns, this time teaming up with the legendary MC Eksman for their brand-new single, โDangerโ dropping June 20th via label Invicta Audio.
Known for his razor-sharp sound design and heavy stage presence, Captain Bass has rapidly established himself as one of the most exciting upcomers in drum and bass. Bursting onto the scene through the jump-up movement, heโs since expanded into dance-floor drum and bass and dubstep, working with some of the genreโs biggest names including Hedex, Turno and Phantasy.
His catalogue boasts rave-ready anthems like โJump Upโ with Primate & MC Skywalker, โStatementโ (DNB Allstars), and โDonโt Let Me Goโ (Crucast) alongside Amplify. With support from BBC Radio 1, Kiss FM, and a growing global fanbase, Captain Bass has become a must-watch act on the live circuit.
This year alone Captain Bass is set to light up massive stages including Tomorrowland, Rampage Open Air, Bassfest, DNB Allstars Festival at Londonโs Gunnersbury Park and many more. Heโs also locked in to perform a memorable set at Motion in Bristol for Worried About Henryโs final ever event at the iconic venue before it closes its doors.
Invicta Audio and DNB Collective will be celebrating โDangerโ with a pop-up release party, also on June 20th at Birminghamโs Lab 11. The result of this collaboration with Eksman is a high-voltage, no-prisoners drum and bass weapon set to tear apart clubs and festivals across summer – and this party will prove just that.
