Eutopia Warehouse London, East London’s newest 4,000-capacity music and cultural venue, opens this Halloween 2025 and is set to announce collaborations with Sankeys and Space Ibiza
Situated along the River Roding in Barking, Eutopia Warehouse London has reimagined a series of 1950s industrial warehouses into a multi-dimensional destination blending industrial heritage with world-class sound, immersive lighting, and cutting-edge design.
Following a £1.5 million redevelopment, the venue features three interconnected warehouses and a canal-side courtyard, creating versatile spaces for club nights, live performances, festivals, exhibitions, and community events. Each arena is equipped with high-spec d&b Audiotechnik sound systems, bespoke lighting, and modular staging, designed to deliver both intimate and large-scale experiences.
The Yard, an open-air arena with a 1,700-person capacity, sits beside the river and features raised platforms, seasonal foliage, art installations, and street food traders, offering a permanent festival-like atmosphere. Inside, WHS 1 (800 capacity) channels the golden age of New York club culture and London’s underground scene. WHS 2 (1,200 capacity) is a flexible, reconfigurable space for large-scale concerts and cultural events, while WHS 3 (800 capacity) hosts curated performances, exhibitions, and social gatherings, later evolving into a cocktail and listening space for label launches and community-focused events.
Eutopia Warehouse London’s inaugural programming features collaborations with Sankeys and Space Ibiza, alongside confirmed promoters including 51st State Festival, AEG, Appetite, Back to 95 (25th Anniversary), Breakin Science, Centerforce, Dance On Arrival, HOWL, Moon Dance, Recess, and Zulu Nation. The music lineup spans house, minimal, bass, Afro, and amapiano, cementing Eutopia Warehouse London as a hub for London’s dynamic electronic music scene.
The venue is led by a team with over a century of combined experience in music, events, and culture. Michael Hughes, founder of Garage City and Back to 95, brings decades of UK club culture expertise. Nikki Gordon, co-founder of We Are FSTVL and former Head of Ministry of Sound, contributes operational and creative leadership. Will Paterson, veteran promoter behind 20+ festivals and 11 London venues, ensures production excellence, while Tom Ranger, programmer for Dreamland Margate, Oval Space, Annabel’s, and Percolate Live, drives Eutopia’s creative vision.
Eutopia Warehouse London combines global club experience with a community-first ethos, making it a flexible hub for music, arts, and cultural programming. Soft-launch events have already confirmed the venue’s operational readiness, with full-scale operations beginning this Halloween.
Set along the banks of the River Roding, Eutopia Warehouse London redefines East London nightlife. From daytime exploration in The Yard to high-energy club nights in WHS 1 and 2, visitors can experience a fusion of international club culture and local creativity in a multi-sensory environment.
