Fantasm Makes A Statement Regarding Allegations and Digital Defamation

As rumours swirl and “cancel culture” reaches a fever pitch, Fantasm makes a statement and steps stepping forward not just to defend his name, but to challenge the way the industry handles justice. His statement isn’t just a rebuttal; it’s a call for a return to the music and a move away from trial-by-social-media.

Moving Beyond “Instagram Court Cases”: Supporting Victims Through Due Process

As rumours swirl and “cancel culture” reaches a fever pitch, Fantasm whose real name is Kenzo Messervi argues that the current “panic” is actually silencing those who need help most. This isn’t just a rebuttal; it’s a plea to prioritise the safety and comfort of victims through the correct legal channels.

The Real Problem: Silencing Victims Through Noise

Kenzo suggests that “throwing mud at everybody” for the sake of a digital outcry creates a wall of noise that drowns out the real issues. He believes the industry’s focus is currently misplaced.

“The real thing is happening and the victims are actually silenced… I think the real thing is not just attacking people but helping the victims create a court case and create something that they feel comfortable with.”

Phantasm is rooting for a shift in the culture: moving away from public shaming and toward providing victims with the tangible support needed to seek legal justice where they can speak safely and be heard.

Addressing Defamation and the Source

Kenzo identifies the catalyst of the recent storm as the individual named Brad, formerly of the Steer agency. He alleges that these claims constitute defamation, noting that free speech is not a license for lies or death threats.

He also says “We can start first of all by saying who is starting all this and we have this guy named Brad that recently got kicked out of an agency called Steer that was a huge agency that had many, many artists. He was aware of the current situation but didn’t talk before and also has allegations against him from several women.”

He highlights the irony of those “trying to buy a conscience” by confirming cancel culture while ignoring the legal realities of the situation.

Three Years of Seeking Truth

Fantasm revealed that he has been seeking legal action against those spreading rumours for three years. He maintains that despite the noise, there are no legal charges against him and he remains committed to the truth.

  • The Stance: “I never used anybody without consent. I am not a peodophile.”
  • The Goal: To return the focus to passion and music, while ensuring justice is handled through the right authorities rather than social media feeds.

To conclude, Fantasm reaffirms his love for his community. “I’m here to promote passion and music. That’s what I’m good at… I just want to say I love you all and I’ll see all the upcoming shows.”
