John Monkman revisits Anjunadeep with 'Place To Be' & 'Modwonk'

A decade after his first appearance on Anjunadeep, John Monkman returns with a new two-tracker exploring melodic textures and emotive club moments. The first track, Place To Be, draws inspiration from a standout set at Printworks London, later enriched by vocals from Rob Tailor during a serendipitous meeting in Ibiza. The B-side Modwonk complements the release with darker grooves and Monkman’s signature hypnotic touch.

Monkman’s sound, often described as introspective and cinematic, fits seamlessly into the ongoing Anjunadeep story.
