OXIA Drops Third Studio Album โ€œAelleโ€ on Diversions Music

French electronic veteran OXIA returns with his third full-length album โ€œAelle,โ€ released on Diversions Music.

After a string of acclaimed singles including Presence and Colors of Life, Aelle sees OXIA step into a freer creative space โ€” one that prioritises groove, melody and feeling over formula. โ€œI let my creativity run free again, without limits,โ€ he explains. โ€œI wanted to bring together everything I love about electronic music โ€” groove, melody, emotion, intensity โ€” and merge that with calmer, more introspective moments.โ€

The album features several long-time collaborators. Nicolas Masseyeff joins OXIA on Faces, rekindling the chemistry that shaped much of their earlier output. Yannick Baudino co-produces Silk & Fur and On The Trip, while Hen Wen (Calling The Sun) and Hacรจne (Silk & Fur) add distinct vocal layers that expand the projectโ€™s emotional reach.

Musically, Aelle shifts between moods rather than styles. Nuance and Faces lock into deep, groove-led flow; Calling the Sun and Saisons drift into airy, melodic territory; while Aerial and the title track explore more reflective terrain. Each piece carries OXIAโ€™s trademark restraint โ€” crisp, detailed production built for both floor and headphones.

With Aelle, OXIA reaffirms his place as one of Franceโ€™s most consistent and quietly innovative producers. Itโ€™s an album that doesnโ€™t aim to chase trends or scenes; it builds its own world of movement, tone and memory.

OXIA โ€“ Aelle is out now via Diversions Music.
