Baires Records returns this week following one of the labels biggest releases last week from Pedro Aguiar. The labels 25th release is out this week and it features a new single from Rodrigo Mateo who is returning to Baires for his fourth overall appearance. Rodrigo’s new single is entitled ‘Blossom Out Of Nothing’ and it comes with two remixes from Diyo and John Axiom.

Rodrigo’s last single for Baires was ‘Stereotypes’ and for those of you that loved that one you’re in for a real treat here with ‘Blossom Out Of Nothing’. Rodrigo has gone deeper here with a production that is rich in musicality and soul. The funky, pulsating groove is sure to go down well on the floor and the clusters of glassy keys which weave their way in out of the piece are exquisite to say the least. Magical sounds from Rodrigo.

The first remix is supplied by Diyo who is making his debut appearance on Baires. The Argentinean producer is one of the finest that his country has to offer and it’s clear that he picks his projects wisely as his discography which begins in 2008 includes only 14 releases with one of them being an appearance on Bedrock’s 12 Compilation. Diyo’s ‘Blossom Out Of Night’ remix comes with much more of a contemporary progressive house vibe. A big character laden bass line lays down the foundation and a wide spread selection of lively drums adds some tremendous bounce to the production.  Angelic soundscapes soar following the main drop which serve as gorgeous backdrop for Diyo’s infectious groove as it flows through a wonderful climax.  Fans of Hernan Cattaneo should certainly check this.

The final remix on the package comes  from John Axiom who has been popping up on quite a few good projects lately. Jonathan Miguez Vazquez aka John Axiom hails from Spain and has appeared on some great imprints including: Natura Sonoris, Aegyptia and Stereo Paradise. John’s first outing on Baires came just last September with his ‘My Little Friend’ single and his interpretation of ‘Blossom Out Of Nothing’ here marks his first remix.  John’s written a deep, hypnotic version that’s full of meandering atmospheres, flickering accents and buzzing tones that really work well together. Another great release from Baires who would have to be one of our favourite labels at the moment. Release Promo Hype Chart Top 25
