What’s In Your Box: Pedro Aguiar

With Pedro Aguiar’s much anticipated ‘Airhead EP’ getting released on Flow Vinyl this week we check out his top ten tunes of the moment.

Pedro Aguiar

1. Pedro Aguiar – Airhead (Petar Dundov Remix) – [Flow Vinyl]

“A really nice spacey interpretation by Petar Dundov in this remix, I couldn’t be happier with it. He managed to keep the vibe from original version yet adding his own touch to it. True meaning of a remix for me.

2. Juan Deminicis – At Dawn – [Unsigned]

“lovely melodic track by Juan, possibly one of his best to date.

3. Pedro Aguiar – It Shines – [Unsigned]

“Finished this track a couple of days ago and turned out really nice. Proper club stuff!

4. Dale Middleton – Engage – [Sex on Wax]

“Really like this tune by Dale, chilled and simple yet captivating.”

5. Pedro Aguiar – Ego Tripping (Guy J remix) – [Lost & Found]

“Guy J magic over one of my best tunes to date. Not much more to say about it.”

6. King Unique – Without Boxes (Petrels Remix) – [microCastle]

“Right up my mellow/ambient alley!”

7. Jon Hopkins – Open Eye Signal (George Fitzgerald Remix) – [Domino]

“Love the original and this is a great techno version.

8. STL, Stephen Hitchell – Dub Zero (Rever Remix) – [Echocord]

“Dub tunes always work well in almost any type of set in my opinion. This one is a massive cut.

9. Antigone – And when the sky was opened [Construct-Reform]

“I kind of went mad with buying vinyl lately. I think I’ve bought nearly 60 records last year and this track was definitely the most impactful on me from the bunch. Inspirational.”

10. Thom Yorke – Tomorow´s Modern Boxes

“Mr.Yorke is ruling my car at the moment…”
