What’s In Your Box: Cid Inc

It’s a big week for Cid Inc, with a new remix out on Sound Avenue, and the contest winning remixes of his ‘Outliers’ collaboration with Darin Epsilon getting released, we take a look at his favourite tracks of the moment in the latest edition of What’s In Your Box?

Cid Inc

1. Cid Inc – Orbiter [microCastle]

“Very happy how this ended up, a bit different and slower groove from me but still keeping the dark vibes. Glad that Mitch picked this up, always a pleasure to work with him and his label”

2. Pedro Aguiar – Ego Tripping (Guy J Remix) [Lost & Found]

“Guy remade this really cool and deep original from Pedro to an awesome number that is hypnotic, simple and with a kind of old school vibe. Been playing this for quite a while now and always been working really well “

3. Simos Tagias & Jorgio Kioris – Exist [Replug]

“Simos & Jorgio from Greece made a hell of a groovy number. Up and coming on my Replug label with a remix from me “

4. Cid Inc & Darin Epsilon – Outliers (Michael & Levan, Stiven Rivic & RPO Remix) [Perspectives Digital]

“The winner of mine and Darin’s “Outliers” track. All the runners up from the competition were damn good, but this one took the highest ranking due to its originality and emotional nature of the remix. “

5. Roger Martinez – Downdriver [Lost & Found]

“Great groove and love the chanting in the break, good to hear a bit more deeper stuff from Roger “

6. sYnus – Northern Breeze (Cid Inc. Remix) [True Sounds Music]

“A remix I finished for the Hungarian True Sounds Music a shot while back. Great vocal speech samples on the original with dark groove, really happy how this one ended up “

7. Robert Babicz – Bassporn (Guy Mantzur Remix) [Babiczstyle]

“Excellent percussions and feel in this one. Guy Mantzur just seems to get better and better by every release, been a huge year for him”

8. Juan Astudillo – Go To The Moon [Lowbit]

“Love the dark and bouncy feel of this one”

9. Lonya – Dancing In The Rain [Sudbeat]

“Can’t go wrong with the Israeli producers at the moment, always delivering their best. Simple but groovy. “

10. Orsen – Elysium [Particles]

“I’ve been mastering Dan Baseley’s tracks for a few years now. He has been developing and building his sound a lot through the years. The work he has done under his rather fresh “Orsen” project is definitely his best one up to date. “Elysium” is another proof of his ability to make simple but yet effective productions”
