Titled XXL Teletech DrumSheds, the event marks the first time both Warehouse Project and Teletech have united for a London showcase, bringing their signature industrial energy to one of the capital’s largest venues.
Located in Tottenham, DrumSheds is a vast industrial space operated by Broadwick Live, known for hosting large-scale electronic events. With a capacity of 15,000, it represents a major leap for XXL’s already sold-out format, taking the brand from underground origins to arena-level production. XXL Teletech DrumSheds will do just that!
The lineup confirms 29 artists, headlined by XXL regulars Azyr, Nikolina, Jazzy, Holy Priest, Odymel, Restricted and Hannah Lainge. Fans can expect multiple back-to-back sets, including a special b2b2b performance yet to be revealed.

Since its inception in Manchester, XXL has built a reputation for high-intensity hard techno and consistently sold-out shows. Teletech, its long-time partner, has mirrored that growth — evolving from warehouse-scale events into an international promoter synonymous with the new wave of European rave culture. Together with Warehouse Project, their XXL Teletech DrumSheds debut represents the natural escalation of a brand that has outgrown its underground status.
DrumSheds, a 15,000-cap converted warehouse, provides the infrastructure to match XXL’s scale, positioning this event as one of 2026’s defining moments for UK techno. For the Warehouse Project and Teletech, it also signals their formal arrival in London’s scene — a move that cements Manchester’s influence on the capital’s harder, faster sound.
Tickets are expected to sell out rapidly, following XXL’s established track record at Depot Mayfield and international venues. The combination of XXL’s loyal following, Teletech’s curatorial precision and DrumSheds’ industrial spectacle ensures this will be one of the year’s most talked-about events in electronic music.
