Carl Cox, Jamie Jones and Peggy Gou among first acts confirmed for Kappa FuturFestival 2019

Europe’s premier electronic music festival, Kappa FuturFestival, proudly announces the first phase line up for its biggest ever edition, featuring a mouth-watering blend of techno and house’s finest stars.

Over the years, Italy’s Kappa FuturFestival has risen to become a true giant of the European electronic music scene, bringing together thousands of passionate techno and house lovers from all over the world. In 2019, the festival will take place across two days from Saturday 6th – Sunday 7th July at the famous Parco Dora in Torino and boast an impressive lineup with over 30 of the world’s best DJs/live performers scheduled to make this year’s event an unforgettable experience

We can now confirm, DJ heavyweights such as the undisputed king of techno Carl Cox, Canada’s illustrious Richie Hawtin and the influential house hero Jamie Jones will perform alongside Germany’s electro pioneer Boys Noize who’ll be making his festival debut. Elsewhere, the UK-based tech house aficionados Patrick Topping and Nic Fanciulli plus Belgium’s techno upstart Amelie Lens will all be serving up exclusive sets.

Meanwhile, France’s Vitalic will be taking over the main stage with his revered live show for the first time, but only after the in-demand Berlin-based visionary Peggy Gou and the high-tech minimal master Boris Brejcha have both laid down their exclusive sets. In addition, Belgium’s rising techno star Charlotte de Witte, Germany’s Dana Ruh and Janina plus Drumcode regular Enrico Sangiuliano are all set to make their festival debuts.

Complementing the stellar line-up, the iconic Parco Dora festival site serves as a perfect industrial inner-city environment with varied hangouts, DJs between the trees and plenty of Italian food and drink.  And as with all previous years – Kappa FuturFestival continues to push the envelope in regards to festival technology and customer experience. The forward thinking nature of the festival which has twice received the European Commission Patronage, the first for this kind of event in Italy, shows no signs of diminishing with promises of exciting new developments for 2019 in terms of festival production, the VIP experience, and their cashless payment service – all to be revealed soon. Juni Vitale, founding partner of the festival says:

“2019 marks our biggest edition yet. We take previous experiences and make sure to improve every aspect. The venue is incredible, we have consolidated the 4th stage and have worked towards a diversified artistic offer, covering all genres of electronic dance music. We always strive to create an environment of Clever Entertainment where our fans can have the time of their lives whilst feeling safe and at home.”

Furthermore, keeping in sync with the “The Futur is in Torino” ethos, this year also sees the launch of a brand new Futur Queen design whose presence will be felt throughout the festival like never before…
