Lapsus Music welcomes back Luna City Express for a quirky tech house release also featuring a remix from Brokenears.
Luna City Express is a German duo consisting of Marco Resmann and Norman Weber who are both influential solo artists in their own right.
Working under the moniker of Luna City Express, the guys have released many tracks on labels ranging from Moon Harbour to 20/20 Vision.
Back on Supernova’s label Lapsus Music for their twelfth EP, Luna City Express is a core part of the imprints back catalogue, which also includes the likes of Raumakustik, Dosem, Butane and many others of a similar calibre.
Brokenears provides a remix in the style they have released on Flashmob Records, Too Many Rules and Downtown Underground, making their return to the Lapsus Music following having featured on two of the labels previous releases.
The deep and dubby original has liquid synths and bubbling melodies that ripple through the groove of the track. Vocal textures and sparkles of stardust, the track has a medley of textures all layered over the techy bass line.
For those who like things a little chunkier, the remix tightens up the groove providing a version streamlined for the club.
