Ramon Tapia | CU Techno 23

Ramon Tapia’s first EP of 2020 is recently dropped on Suara and his latest release is a two-tracker on  Sparteque’s label Codex.

Born the son of a revolutionary Chilean musician, Ramon Tapia has been influenced by music from a young age and has grown up to become one of Techno’s most prolific artists.

Once bitten by the techno bug, Ramon moved to Belgium where he got a part-time job in a record shop that helped to decide his destiny. After a fruitful period producing much tougher techno, he also flirted with deeper genres and found much success with releases on labels like Herzblut, Craft and Yellow Tail.

Techno has always been a true passion and years later he found his way back to the genre where he is now a stalwart. Techno has softened since his early releases in the early 2000s, but he is once again playing and producing tough tracks that have a high octane energy perfect for the dancefloor.

In recent times he music has been released on high flying techno labels likes of ELEVATE, Drumcode and Terminal M. His most recent releases on labels like Suara and Codex are fine examples of the high calibre style of dancefloor focused techno that he has become famous for.

We are honoured to have this exclusive mix from Ramon Tapia that showcases his exceptional talent, and you can pick up a copy of the release from HERE
