2. Submit completed remix to jscomp@change-underground.com in 320 mp3 format.  Please ensure remix is correctly (id3) tagged and remember to embed your Email address in the file.  Secret soundcloud, sendspace and wetransfer download links are fine.

Submitting a track signals agreement with our terms and conditions.

Please DON’T share your remix with anyone. Don’t make it publicly available. No uploads to Soundcloud. No previews.

Entrants that don’t follow these simple rules will be disqualified without notice.

3. Submission phase begins September 14th 2013 and ends October 17th, 2013 23:59:59 GMT +1 (Central European Time).

4. Winners will be notified on or before October 21st 2013.

5. Winners selected by Jamie Stevens and Change Audio management team.  Winners will be posted on www.change-underground.com, it’s social networks as well as various publications from our event sponsors.

6. Submissions using ‘uncleared’ samples will be disqualified. The definition of an ‘uncleared’ sample is a loop, sample or musical work, that you do not own the copyright for (ie: you didn’t create it). You are free to use sounds that were created by you and/or royalty free loops. The submitting party bears all responsibility for their use of any ‘uncleared’ content.  Plagiarist’s will be disqualified.  Please only submit your own work.

7. Each entrant hereby assigns to Change Audio a perpetual, royalty-free, exclusive, sub-licensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to your entry worldwide and/or to incorporate your entry in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in your entry.

8. Prior to release, all winners will be required to sign a remix agreement.  The winner will sign an exclusive management contract with RELEASE talent management.  All winners will be interviewed and required to record exclusive podcasts for RELEASE.

9. In the rare event that all submissions are deemed “sub-quality” Change Audio reserves the right to not include a winner /or to not include the release on label prize. Please only submit professional quality tracks for consideration.

10. All trademarks and logos are protected. All rights of the producer and the owner of the recorded work are reserved. Unauthorized copying, hiring, renting, public performance and broadcasting of the remix parts or resulting records or remixes or is prohibited.

11. Your submission of a remix in this contest constitutes your agreement to these rules.

12. Competition open to all.

14. Upon request each entrant will supply 24 bit, 48K Stereo WAV unmastered stems.

15. None of the organizers or sponsors of this event, including but not limited to Change Audio, RELEASE or RLS shall accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liability, injury or upset caused to or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or winning any prize. They further accept no liability for any damage caused to any person’s computer or other electronic device relating to or resulting from downloading any materials, including so called computer viruses, in connection with this competition.
