The Swiss imprint has been synonymous with quality deep and progressive house since the labels inception back in 2009. Their 58th release is out this week and it sees Loco-Volver returning to the label for his 12th overall appearance. The Swiss producer presents his latest single entitled ‘There Is No Light’ which includes a remix from 16 Bit Lolitas.

Loco-Volver’s traditional take on progressive house has earned him legions of old school fans and ‘There Is No Light’ looks to be one of his best yet. It’s fluid yet trippy sound is undeniably hypnotic and filled with great emotional hooks. A tension filled break along with a moody second act should fair great at peak time and make for an exhilarating conclusion.

The lone remix is supplied by 16 Bit Lolitas who are making their first appearance on Limeroads. The Dutch duo have enjoyed one of the most successful years of their career with two very well received EPs for Anjunadeep. With a unique take on the current deep house trend 16 Bit Lolitas have once again risen above the long line of bandwagon jumpers. There recent work is some of the most emotionally profound music to ever come out of their studio and they’ve delivered an excellent interpretation of ‘There Is No Light’. In going with a more contemporary approach 16 Bit Lolitas have overhauled the track in to a funky, deep house jam full of wonderful instrumentation and hook heavy vocal elements. A bright and colourful interpretation which closes the release out on a very strong note. Don’t miss it.
